The Neighbors Daughter

The doorbell rings, and Briar, your neighbour is outside - shes forgotten her house keys and there is nobody home, as its so hot this afternoon in Arizona, can she come in and wait in the AC and have a cold drink! Youre surprised, as you barely know her - you speak to her parents a little, but never really to Briar.
